The Texas chapter of N.O.R.M.L., the National Organization for the
Reform of Marijuana Laws, asks you to join them on Saturday, January 22nd from
1:30 – 3:30 PM for a FREE Activist Training Camp. The event takes place at
Brave New Books at 1904 Guadalupe, Austin 78705. The training camp is a free
opportunity for attendees to get information on several different fronts regarding
marijuana law reform activism.
There will be speakers and presentations on
subjects including:
– Online Activism
– Getting Politically Involved
– Know Your
Rights When You Need To
– Texas’ Legislative Session
– How to Best
Communicate With Your Legislators
– Getting More Involved with
NORML.
There will be complimentary food and drinks available for attendees.
An informative session about how to start a Texas NORML sub-chapter in your
