This past weekend was the debut appearance in Austin of Texas NORML’s newest publicity and outreach tool, the Austin TruthCar!
Austin attorney, and Lifetime NORML Legal Committee Member, Jamie Spencer, was gracious and generous enough to finance this project, following in the footsteps of DFW NORML and Fort Worth attorney, David Sloane, who created the first ever 420 TruthCar.
